Previously booked appointments will be the first priority. Walk-ins are welcome too and will be given attention as soon as possible.

Emergency Process

For all out of hours emergencies there are two emergency clinics nearby:

The VEC North is located just north of the 401 on the north side of Sheppard Avenue East.  It provides after hours emergency service during the week, from 7:00pm to 8:00am, and 24 hour coverage during weekends and holidays.  Contact 416 226 3663

The Veterinary Emergency Clinic of York Region is located at 1210 Journey's End Circle in Newmarket.  It provides after hours emergency service during the week, from 7:00pm to 8:00am, and 24 hour coverage during weekends and holidays.  Contact 905 953 5351
